	Website’s Domain Address	The users can choose the unregistered domain address freely. SBS will register the domain address or transfer the name of the domain address for the users, and SBS ASP will maintain, serve and assist to administrate the domain address.
	Language Version	English or Chinese is available. Extra fee will be charged if other languages are added, excluding translation fee. Users are required to provide materials of other languages. If translation is needed, the fee will be charged additionally.
	Set-up Period	The website will be delivered to use upon the fifth working day after the user offers complete materials for setting up the website. If the website is postponed to be set up resulting from the users failing to provide the materials in time, our company won’t shoulder any legal responsibility. Both parties shall negotiate about the changeable issues.
	Website Maintenance	The user approves of SBS setting up the website according to the website description (see appendix) confirmed by both parties. The user’s website is maintained and administrated by SBS, and the user is also entitled to managing its own website.
	Complimentary	One website LOGO, visitor counter
	After Service	1) Generally, website maintenance refers to change the finished page contents. If new columns are added, it will be charged as regular page design. 2) Party B will offer Party A with 3 times of maintaining and renewing the pages in one year free of charge (excluding changing the page style and model). 3) The pages that are maintained and renewed free of charge are excluded FLASH multi-media pages. 4) Website structure design and page model renewing will be considered as set up the website again, and the price can be referred to the contract.
